A strange, strange weight gain today. I have no idea where it comes from - but I did good all day yesterday. I had a normal, usual breakfast and a very light lunch, and then spent most of my calories on dinner, which was at the local Chinese restaurant. It was mostly Mongolian BBQ, which is just veggies and a little chicken breast. I calculated all and this shouldn't affect anything. I've done it many times before. I'll just assume that I was very low on water yesterday, and maybe the fact that I feel constipated this morning has something to do with the rest of the weight gain? I dunno. Anyways, seeing the super low weigh in yesterday is really all I need for this week - I feel accomplished, even if I have gained it back. As long as I know that I CAN reach that low, and as long as I know that I have not gained 3 lbs of fat since yesterday (that would take a miscalculation of 10,000 calories) then I'm good. Saturday mornings are the mornings where I usually weigh the least. Let's see what happens tomorrow. Life is good!
