I gained some weight last couple months, now it's going down where it supposed to be....In other words nothing changed 😔

It’s never like that. It’s supposed to be up and down. Scale is not everything. There are measurements like before after pictures, measurement tape, how your clothes fit in etc. be proud that you’re staying on track and the mindset.
