It's spike day! This means that I will get to eat like a pig - much to my dissatisfaction! :) I am - again - really not looking forward to overeating, but it has proved to work wonders for my weight loss. Being spike day also means that this is my "serious" weigh in day.
I'm glad to announce a NEW LOW weigh in at 93.8 kgs. I have lost 1.1 kgs since last Saturday morning, perfectly in line with my calorie plan.
I am now convinced that spiking really does work. This seems to be very efficient.
I'm so happy that I am this low again - yesterdays sudden gain shocked me a little, though I know that it's not something to be taken serious. I just don't like it when the scale goes UP!

OOPS hit enter too soon. You cracked me up a bit. Yep Spiking works for me too. In fact I always seem to go down after a spike. I still get my exercise, and I dont like gorge or anything, but I have had much success there. Keep on keepin' on my man!
