I survived spike day. It was actually pretty good. A nice breakfast, lunch on the town, a snack chocolate bar, and a great dinner. I liked this one. I even had wine and high-fat ice cream for dessert. The result? Well, I gained less than I have the other weeks. Of course, I expect a gain after spike day, and it'll be gone before I know it. :) Today I weigh 94.8 kgs, it's one kg more than yesterday, but considering that I have been up to 2.5 kgs more after spike day, that's really not bad. What excites me the most is that my ticker for the first time efter spike day STILL will show "Mission accomplished" as I am below 95 kgs. Life is good! :)
