gained back the 3 agin ... well just gota watch it all better and get to walking what I can m y walker won't be back for a week now again. I broke it again so we are getting it reinforced... excuses don't cut it to me I have made to many for far to long 337 pounds I never never never want to see you on my scale again.
Ok moving on up the mountain it is beautiful in Washington today and Sadly do and choose to rememmber 9/11 our country needs to stand stand stand in all her glory.
