went off the diet for about a week. Not a good thing but I'm back on today. Though I was tired and forgot my morning smoothie even though I made one for both my and I. I packed everything up and just walked right out the door with out it. dang! Not the greats start but at least I brought my lunch and other snacks. I'm just gona eat my fruit for breakfast.
