So I actually lost a good chunk of weight. I know that my weight fluxes through the week and my lightest day is usually Friday but I usually don't drop 2 pounds 2 days in a row.

I want to say great and lets keep going with dropping the weight but idk if this will last, and if should it last?
118,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 17,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 36,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
