A few days of not recording what I ate, having a houseguest this week, and eating out makes for a poor week. I gained for the first time since I started. My next step is just get back in line. I have to learn to handle special situations. Also, good food choices are not automatic for me yet. Well, back to work.
106,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 20,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Yes, it takes a lot of practice to learn to pick good choices when you have so many temptations. So get back to it. You have done amazing with your weight loss!!!
