Been on the road again.....and didn't keep up my food and exercise diary but still was able to lose eating out......Sure do seem to be having a hard time getting into the 100's.....Have a good week ....God Bless.

You just do so great no matter what life throws at you. Are you able to pick up on exercise? I just know exercise is difficult when you travel, but that's where the creativity comes in! But you just keep losing and losing and you'll be in the 100s soon. :-)
