Right now I´m on a low carb plan, no carbs for breakfast, just carbs at lunch and the morning snack, specially after my workouts. I´m learning to eat a variety of vegetables and 90% of my liquids is water, also It´s been 3 days that I don´t drink coffee, can´t lie that I miss it but I know is not good for me. I replaced it with raspberry tea wich taste really good and I don´t need to add sugar to that tea.
78,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
Gewichtsafname van 0,9 kg per week

Great idea to ditch the coffee! Caffeine headaches are no joke :)

I thought that I´ll have headaches from not drinking it but so far hasn´t happened s I hope they stay away. in the past if I missed my coffee I would have those terrible headaches.
