I FEEL LIKE SUCH A FAILURE. I HAVE BEEN UNDER SO MUCH EMOTIONAL STRESS THAT I HAVE LOST ALL WILL POWER, AND HAVE GIVEN IN TO MY EMOTIONAL EATING. I'M SO EMOTIONALLY, AND PHYSICALLY DRAINED FROM THE SITUATION AT HOME I NEED AN OUTLET, SOMEONE TO CONFIDE IN AND TO VENT TO WHO WILL BE NON JUDGMENTAL. PLEASE ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I TRULY DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH MORE I CAN TAKE.

I am sorry you are experiencing so much stress. You can talk to me if you want to. I can relate to the feeling like a failure bit you described, I've been there before too. Knowing you are not alone/ talking to somebody can help. It may sound silly, but sometimes what also helps me is reading the Bible. That may be something you are not willing to do for whatever reason, but I figured I'd offer it as another suggestion.
