The extra cardio late last week paid off! I went to Chicago for a business trip. They took us out to dinner, and oh, what a dinner it was. I didn't even care what I ate (lobster mac and cheese is not healthy, but when else am I going to get the chance to have some?). That, combined with sitting down all day, is not a good combination.
To make matters worse, had an Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday. I'm not usually a beer drinker, but there was some good beer there.
But, with the extra cardio, and otherwise eating healthy (plus listening to my stomach and only eating when hungry, rather than just constantly grazing all day), I managed to maintain.
