Okay I restarted my diet, and I set a more reasonable goal weight, I'm hoping this will help me to feel more motivated and less overwhelmed by the prospect of having to loose so much weight. I am also going back to an Atkins themed diet since the low calorie low fat diet does not work for me at all, as any carbs i eat so straight to my waistline!! I worked out yesterday and going to do it again tonight, going to alternate home exercise/Yoga days with high intensity cardio/weight training days.

So i set a goal weight of 112 for Hallloween, that would require me to loose 3lbs a week. I think I can do this, going to have to switch to straight vodka tho, thats going to be rough, I have 5 Hazelnut brown beers left that I want to finish before I get too far into the no carb thing.
