So begins the life of maintenance. Interesting revelation today. I looked at myself at my goal weight and while I am very pleased I have learned I do not have the perfect body. I always thought when I got to this magic number I would look perfect. But I still have a sag here and a winkle there. A great reminder to me to appreciate the strong healthy body God gave me and not to be obsessed with perfection.
