My weight has skyrocketed. I am ashamed. I've had extreme pain in my back and right arm for a long time now and it just keeps getting worse. I've got a doctor appointment tomorrow to possibly have an MRI to see what's wrong. I'm tired of hurting all the time. I'm also tired of this struggle with weight. I went to the special shoe store this week and got some good walking/running/jogging shoes. I have a goal to do the C25K program and jog in a 5K this December. We'll see. I feel very very discouraged this morning after getting on the scale. I knew I had gained a lot because I had to buy a size bigger in clothes recently.
