A good chunk of weight came off today. Probably from all the excitement yesterday! Yesterday was election day in Denmark, and we voted, not so much the new government in as the old government out. It will be interesting to see what the future will bring. I'm glad to see that "my" team was the winner, and I am really looking forward to seeing what changes we will have. :)
Anyways. Weight loss. I am today at 93.4 kgs, so I lost 1.3 kgs since yesterday, and 0.4 since the day before. I am pretty sure I will not make it to a new low by tomorrow, there simply isn't enough time. That's okay though - this week has been all messed up. I screwed up my food schedule over the weekend, so spike day came late. I have been sick three days this week (counting today too), and generally not moved a whole lot. I can live with a week with no significant weight loss. Next week will be better.
Tonight, actually in 40 minutes, one of my favorite musicians will be performing live on streaming radio. I can't wait. I'm glad that I found a link for it. One can never get too much Alice Cooper. :) I will put it on, crank it up and rock the house!
