Well, I've lost 5 lbs in the last week! Woot woot! After not losing and just watching my weight fluctuate for about a month, it looks like my little plateau is over for now:-)
I think my CCL is less than 20...I don't know, I'm going to keep watching my weight loss and try to figure out what works for me:-)
