So I had weight loss competition at work. In 10 weeks I lost 8% of my body weight according to the office scale.
However the dude that won lost 16%, not even cutting weight! from what I can tell he use to be really skinny and active. once he started running a again he dropped all the added weight.
He's a good guy, but to quote Friends "I hate that guy" lol
