Not bad after a week in Wales eating everything in sight and drinking everyday! Back to normal eating now though.

I don't need a week in Wales to gain, just stress and worry. My daughter has just gone off to West Africa for god knows how long. Red Cross

Oh dear - comfort eating? I tend to go off my food when I worry, not sure which is worse, I hope she has a great time and can keep in touch to reassure you.
