Focus has been the key for me. I have set a 8 month longer term weight goal, but at the same time I focus on my (end of this week) DAILY goal. I'm down 14 lbs in the last few months. 203 lbs is ALSO fixated in my mind. I "see" myself differently, and that offsets our human weakness of only seeing (struggle/negative) in ourselves.
