I'm back on the grind, back on tha grizzy, back on my routine! Man, dieting is HARD when your personal schedule is near impossible to keep due to obligations TO OTHERS... I think THAT is the number 1 reason why I waited until I was damn-near 40 to take this seriously- meaning being ABLE to be fully committed to it...I have found it important to set small/immediate weight loss goals that have sentimental value to me. So, my most immediate goal is to get down to 280 by my Grandfather's 90th b-day party on October 1st. I really think that I can do it. It is a MAJOR incentive for me because he means the world to me and so desperately wants to see me healthy, even though I'll always be his chubby baby.I didn't make it in time for my grandmother to see but I am bound and determined to do it so that the #1 man in my life can. (smile!)Pray for me, ya'll.
