You need to cut out the wheat products and energy drinks.
I found wheat really is not good for me, that is the type of wheat that is in the supermarket products we buy. Energy drinks are of course full of sugar in one form or another along with caffeine. Its about time we had health warnings on some foods.

'energy' drinks are a con. All food is energy - a boost is just a sugar rush - you may as well have a candy bar and a glass of water!
