I always wondered if I could carb binge before a donation... seeing as some of that blood sugar is going to be siphoned off lol. Have a great day buddy :)

Double? Make sure you don't do anything strenuous after. I can certainly feel it even if I only give a pint. Good on you :)

Thanks schmetter... My Christmas gift of life to many needy people... That donation puts me 1 pint short of 7 gallons total donation :D Yolanda, I didn't carb binge before, but sure the HECK did after!!! DUOH!!! No wonder I can't get back to my target weight... sigh...

Good for you doing the donation, that's a great Christmas gift. Yolanda, somebody needs to invent a filter that only draws off the blood that's loaded with glucose/glycogen!

Just had to do the math...So far I have given 2.5 Gallons. My next one is on the 29th this month.....and to think that I started in 2008.....will be a long time before I catch you up :)
