Carb bloat from yesterday evening. Today is 'bulletproof fast day' by popular... erm... okay, I think 3 of us are doing in in prep for tomorrow. One under my belt, and I'm off to visit a friend for coffee. :)

Augh! A friend just delivered me a small package of what he refers to as "Christmas Crack". Semi sweet chocolate with crushed coffee beans in it. Is that close enough to our coffee only agreement?

Go for it Northern! If someone gave me that I would have considered it "coffee". Of course I could eat my weight in chocolate covered coffee beans also. I LOVE!

Ok, so I made it to this morning. I've had my coffee and NOW I AM WANTING CHOCOLATE COVERED COFFEE BEANS! I don't have any! AAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!

Sorry, Rckc. I had 300 calories yesterday in my coffee. Not bad. Coffee and chocolate. That makes it 5 basic food groups, doesn't it?

my coffee was coffee coconut oil heavy whipping cream and walden farms no cal no carb chocolate syrup. yum
