TIRED of the person I see in the mirror, the rolling chins, the back fat, ugh.........I have let myself go over the past four years. I had a major life change and fell into the "I just don't care" mode...not anymore...I MUST get back to taking care of ME.
Step one...change of mind...step two, Prayer....step three, buying the RIGHT foods, step four, exercise. 53 is too young to be old , fat and creaky.
