Very pleased to have so little gain after two days staying at a hotel and eating and drinking everything in sight 😀
70,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

Well done, I just wish I could say the same. I weighed myself yesterday and was 8lb heavier than on the 19th so not good. Oh well it is the season to be jolly and hopefully if it has gone on dast it won't take long to loose :)

You should be very pleased as that will drop right back off, especially with adherence to 5:2 fasting . . . I'm glad you enjoyed yourself WITHOUT having to 'pay a price' -- well done!

So the food must have ended up being great, as I recall you said your first meal wasn't very good that you had at dinner. It must have been all that walking/hiking that you did on the Mozarabic trail. You'll be "right as rain" before you know it.

Hotel food was hearty, I think I prefer less quantity and more interesting flavours nowadays! Eating so much meat wasn't really my thing. I did eat a whopping salad starter the second day, though. We went with a group of friends, and everybody took savoury snacks and sweet treats to share, and extra wine for aperitifs before dinner! I really didn't hold back, so am very surprised I didn't gain more. My walk was more of an amble with a camera, I didn't go very far, and at a very slow pace with much stopping. It probably helped that I had a very light 'dinner' last night, just a snack. I think 5:2 has taught me something! I'm not going to count calories this week, unless I do a 'fast' day, but will just try and eat sensibly, apart from New Year's Eve of course!

Hey Heidi, well done that's pretty damb good, I'm so pleased you managed to indulge and not have to feel bad after for a gain, that will drop straight off, also if you had a lot of alcohol too you will retain water which when your back in the swing of it, it will literally just go. I hope you have a lovely new years eve xx
