I am not updating the January Squat challenge results yet, as it is still early in the week. However, I have been passing everything so far.
I am actually surprised by the amount of the drop from last week (especially considering New Year's). I did do a few extra workouts, and tried not to splurge too much on New Year's Eve. Plus, I am actively drinking more water. Guess that is helping out more than I thought! Of course, next week, I could be up a pound or so. It's within my maintenance range, so I'm happy with the results either way.
