Is staying the same over New Years Eve a bad thing? I say not! Big toe looking a little better and didn't stop my trainer from working me to exhaustion and I survived!
82,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 14,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I'm glad you toe is better. A no mercy trainer is probably what I need. But I'll live through you. :)

Yea for you! No gain is a reason to celebrate as is getting back to working out even with that big toe :D Well Done!
