You can get lots done and loose lots in 10 weeks! You will feel better about yourself if you do, no matter how far you get as long as you don't fall of the wagon and it will be an inspiration to keep going after your birthday!!

Oh and another thing. Take your measurements now and then you can compare later. It will surprise you even more than the weight change and make you feel even better! Remember people cannot see your actual weight, only the change in inches!
