Using a new scale, I know from past experience that it is 3 pounds heavier than the one I use at home, but that one has yet to be unpacked since we moved. Slipped into a bit of a depression after 2 miscarriages this summer and train wrecked my no sugar-no wheat lifestyle from Thanksgiving until January 6th. EXCUSES!! Starting again. This time my husband is on board. I'm actually more anxious to see his transformation than I am mine. I must keep track of what I eat this time, because I know that I can eat very unhealthy on this diet, too...that was part of my problem. I figured out how to eat quick and easy and not very healthy, although I was still sugar and wheat free. It's hard to get back into the swing of it. The cravings are still there but I know they will subside. There is cake in the break room today...and it is SCREAMING my name. I hope I can make it! Happy Thursday everyone!
