Yay! I know it was prob mostly water loss, but still a great feeling. :) I stuck exactly to my diet and meal plan yesterday plus I drank 13 cups of water. My Advocare app recommends 14 cups so I'm gonna try to get that one more in today. Looking forward to a great day and just gotta stay on track! :)
