I don't agree with no fat. You need SOME fat to lose fat. And cutting back on fluids? Drink more water, not less.

You're doing great!!!. However, do not cut out all carbs (starches and sugars) I've fainted from low blood sugar and it was not a nice experience. Cut down but not cut out. Your body needs energy
