9st 11.5! 3lb on! No WW cos I skipped it with a cold (and I'm not gonna lie, I knew it'd be bad and I thought I'll sort it out for next week but surprise surprise I didn't, just carried on "feeding a cold" & this is the unsurprising result) Watched some old home videos last night, my girls were so adorable at 2 & 4, but oh my goodness what was I thinking about my clothing choices and oh my actual goodness, for the love of God woman, eat a salad!!! On the plus side, I wasn't grey. But that's about it! So I'm hating myself today as I ate so much AGAIN yesterday that I had to take the sick bowl to bed with me just in case (thankfully not needed but hell woman, wake up to yourself!) :'(
