Just noticed that my bra os getting to big for me now. Yayyy. A little in the cups but a lot in the band. Still going strong with nursing my 11 month old.
Drinking lots of water.
BP getting better down from 180/110+ to 165/107. So it is steadily coming down, which is my main reason and motivation to drop this weight.
So happy this morning.

I am nursing my lo too and I find I am always thirsty so water is a must for me. so good job nursing and keeping yourself healthy.
