Hey all! Not a very good week, no gain, but minimum loss. I had trouble staying away from the chocolate and all the sweets there was close at hand. I feel like I'm having a hard time with this weird weather we are calling a winter and it impacts on my mood, thus impacting on my eating...

Thank you all for the kind words! Pam: Yeah, but I look at the calendar and here in Canada, we still have quite a while before the weather gets real good.
