Day 14 - officially two weeks into my new routine and feeling it. Small changes but changes nonetheless. Went out last night with friends and passed on all the food. Had a couple vodka sodas. Superbowl tomorrow. Feeling easier to resist temptations because I'm finally seeing a difference. Fingers crossed I'm finally going to stick with it this time! Jan and Aug 2015 I weighed in at same weight. In May and Aug of 2014 I had two weigh ins at 169.8 so that is my next milestone. Feeling happy.
