Took my MIL to Seattle to visit an old friend and for the most part; while I didn't log most of my meals, I did keep an eye on what I was eating. When given the choice of some high calorie food, I opted for a salad and fish. Which isn't all that hard for me, since I love both of those things.
Didn't have my Ninja to make my smoothies, so opted for yogurt, tea and banana for breakfast in the hotel room. Went to a great little bar and grill on the boardwalk at Pike Place market and splurged on potato skins, broccoli/cheese soup and a beer. Very nice and couldn't even eat the whole thing, so brought it back to the hotel for later. That was actually the only thing I had to eat that day, so I was good.
Broke down and had wine 3 of the 5 days we were gone; sorry to say it was the stress factor, so I succumbed.
Got back home and haven't started logging or journaling until today, but have weighed every day and pleased that throughout it all, it appears I only went up 1 pound. I'm good with that overall. Back to it today!!
