The colours represent your start weight to goal weight progress. Red orange yellow green blue. You can reset your start/goal weights under 'my diet'

OK - go slow - I once drove from Madsion WI to Minneapolis MN in a true blizzard...had to get home. Went real slow and sang songs to myself for over 7 hours - it is really a 3.5 hour trip!
