So February is off to a terrible start. Eating terribly, not exercising and feeling flabby. Also sick today, so its not like I am going to jump on the treadmill tonite. :( Went out this weekend and had some wine with friends - feel like shit now, still, two days later. Lesson learned - do not drink, and stay up late.... run instead, get lots of sleep, drink water and eat well. It makes me feel so much better physically and mentally. Every time I go out like this I completely regret it. Such a waste of my time. Unproductive. A really great friend of mine seems to be really into drinking. Alcohol and late nights just does not work for me and since its such a major part of her life, maybe we just need to spend a bit less time together. Sad :(
