Yay!! IT was water weight!! And its pretty much gone!!!! WOOOO HOOOOOO lol
I did really well yesterday, and I am making sure to get in enough water! I feel great today!!!!

that's good ... I will start a "fast" today ... only to boost my diet where I've been messing up so much lately. I'm glad you're losing your water weight though, maybe I can shave off a few pounds by this weekend.
