Weighed in at the Gym before working out on Wednesday. I like the scale better at the gym. The scale I have at home is cheap and gives a different weight everytime I step on it. So, I think I am going to start judging off of the scale at the gym. I will weigh in every Wed evening there until I get a new scale at home.

I do the same - although my scale at home is okay, I prefer the high-tech one at the gym. Plus, it's good motivation before a workout!
