Ugh! Back up here again. I really need to get a check of things and get back on track. I'm on holiday in two weeks time and my aim was to be 118 then which isn't going to happen now. My new aim is for 121 before then which I think is achievable if I keep my diet on point and increase my exercise back to full levels.
