But, I know I"ve added 2 more 45lb plates to the bar for a total of 6 plates
totaling 270lbs. I can dip 6 times with 2 45 lb plates around my waist and pull up chin up 4 times... I'd say that's some nice gains! belly fat SUCKS!!! It just Sucks!!! Well, we all know that lol So...
I put on my necklace the other day and it didn't lay flat,I was very happy about that! yea! upper chest coming in nicely!
I' added P90x3 to my usual workout, but that's only if I can't get my pool time in with water calisthenics which is IMO the most amazing way to finish a workout. OK, food... Eh, I count my macros ,that's it, I eat whatever I feel like as long as I don;t blow the total intake, some ol song and dance,...
