We took my mother-in-law to Mexico this weekend. I didn't get all my water in so I'm retaining some fluids today. It wasn't to bad staying on plan during trip. Had car trouble this morning which made me late for work. Once on the road I got stuck in some serious traffic and ate almost all my lunch in the car! I have a starch left to get me thru the rest of the afternoon until I get home for dinner. EEEK!

Doesn't traffic just throw a damper on things some days? The worst is when I get stuck in traffic when I'm doing takeoff! Food is so limited anyway, and you just can't drink down a ton of water, for fear of having to stop to use the restroom...

I pack all my meals for the day and bring them to work. I eat my breakfast at work most days so it works out ok for me. I had to laugh when I read both your and kellyleans posts. Thanks for making me smile. I have to ration my water on Sundays because I cannot get up in the middle of the service and go to the rest room. I sing in the choir of a very large church and somehow getting up and walking out in front of 2000 people won't quite cut it.
