I don't know what to do. I'm counting my calories and I'm workout about 3-4 times a week.

I'm wondering is it stress. I'm so unhappy with my circumstances. Just feel like I'm failing at life
95,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 14,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

Stress can really mess with you, yeah. Do you think carbs might be contributing?

Weigh and measure all your food. If that doesn't make a difference then look for stress or medical issues.

It could be you have eaten something processed with high sodium and it's just water retention too. Best to you, and Jparlett is right, amazing how calories can add up from us guessing and not weighing or measuring. Lots of luck.

Carbs do the same as salt (as far as water retention)
