Took this Friday evening and all day Saturday "off" from Dukan as we had friends visiting. Still, ate relatively well and kept up with my exercising. Vices included: eating duck confit, drinking wine, eating popcorn and gelato. But today I was back on wagon. Had a pure protein day.

Today I fit a shirt I haven't worn in over a year.

Stomach is looking flatter. I feel stronger.

Goals:

175 by my 30th birthday (28 days and 7 more lbs to go)!!
172 by Christmas
168 by January 31st
165 by Valentines Day
161 by March 15th

Daily/Weekly goals:
30 minutes of cardio every day
Weight training 3 x a week
Take multivitamin daily
Stretching daily
Meditation and prayer daily
Act of kindness daily

82,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
