Decided I would go ahead and update my chart here with my weights over the past month. Looks like a damn roller coaster!!! I have been over 200 lbs since May 2011. That is a long time. I am grateful however that I am not that much over 200 and I know I'll bring it back down.
I must remember ... to be patient. I will persist. I had hoped to be under 200 by the end of this month and clearly that is not going to happen. It is what it is I suppose.
I am also grateful that I did not gain back to my original FS start weight which was 239. By the way ... it takes a long time to put in that many weights!!!! Maybe I'll just record every damn fluctuation like I used to!!! Maybe the only recording losses approach just isn't me.
Overcast with rain here now. It was beautiful earlier but now it is sleepy weather. About ready to head downstairs and start the roast. Yum!!! Still have to decide if I want cabbage or broccoli with it. I have a little time to ponder that.
