So I never rant but I feel I must there will be a point at the end. After 10 years why would the person who filled your once loving heart with anger and hate care what you do? Normally I would turn to ice cream or chocolate to feel better,lately I have channeled that anger and hate to my weight bench and heavy bag. The results are bigger arms and shoulders then I ever had and I am starting to see a 6 pack form. So to anyone whom has that in their life I say channel it, use it rise above. Its not how hard you hit but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward thats how winning is done. Enjoy the weekend eat healthy my friends.
