Hooray- the additional bowel movement yesterday and yesterday midday helped. 221 even is not too bad for me. It means that despite the erratic history, I lose a lb a week on the average. It just never shows up weekly. I hope the bout of constipation ends. Wish I knew what was causing it. Maybe it was the cold cuts???? The cheese???? Who knows?
