Finally broke my 242. I was getting frustrated. Hubby doesn't exercise but loses weight. I exercise and stay the same... Started yesterday, to add 8 g of safflower oil to my meals. Apparently that stuff is supposed to help with weight loss. Never heard that before but I'll try anything.
109,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 34,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
Gewichtsafname van 3,2 kg per week
